TO IMPECCABLE WHITES
We source from the finest vineyards in the Napa Valley and Sonoma County for our Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir, with a commitment to using organic, biodynamic, and sustainably farmed grapes. Our red varietals are made in a minimal intervention style, with a taste that is directly informed by the sites in which they were grown.
Our initial release, the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, is an earthy, medium tannin wine with notes of mulberry, lavender, and espresso. The long, drawn out finish is the perfect pairing to a steak au poivre and a decadent dessert.
The Sonoma County Pinot Noir bursts from the glass, offering dark fruit aromas with a broad and deep palate. Try pairing our Pinot Noir with a pasta puttanesca or grilled portobello mushroom dish.

Our Sonoma County Chardonnay and Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc are best-in-class executions of the varietals, with a characteristically Maximal translation of the specific vineyard sites to the wines we bottle.
With the Sonoma coastline offering an extreme, fog-filled climate, our Chardonnay is brimming with acidity and a polished, medium-bodied finish. This crisp, mouthwatering Chardonnay is a perfect pairing to manchego cheese with quince paste, as well as roasted chicken or pork chops.
Our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is defined by bright citrus, medium-bodied richness and is incredibly versatile on the dinner table. Consider pairing it with a seafood dish like linguine alle vongole.
